It's my pleasure to welcome you to The Mining Co. Freshwater Aquarium web site. My name is Shirlie Sharpe, and I'll be your guide during your visit here. Thirty years of being addicted to breeding, raising, and reading about freshwater fish, coupled with fifteen years of teaching and extensive internet experience make me uniquely qualified to guide you to the best information available. The rumors are true - I do have a three foot stuffed fish on my desk, and there are aquariums on all four levels of my house (now if only my garage had room for tanks.....)
