Guide Review - Aquarium
Hands down, the best feature is the unique filter design that eliminates having to deal with pumps, filter boxes, or hang off the back filters. The filter isn't just any filter, it's a Marineland biowheel, which is well known for it's high throughput.
If the filter isn't reason enough to purchase the Eclipse, the fluorescent light packaged in the same unit is another strong selling point. The design places the light a bit nearer the surface than traditional strip lights. My only beef having to raise the light itself to get at the aquarium, thus reducing the visibility when performing maintenance or moving fish. The aquarium is lightweight, is small enough to fit in many locations, but large enough to house a number of small fish. All in all, it's well worth the sales price.
