Gyotaku, isn't a game or a new exercise, it's an art. Gyotaku fish impressions were used by Japanese fishermen to preserve a record of their prized fish catches on rice paper. Today it is still a popular art form in Japan, and more recently the Western world.

It makes a great project for the classroom, is a fun way to pass a rainy day at home, or to create a unique gift for any occasion. Get a jump on your holiday shopping, and have a really cool gift for your fish loving friends. Make a Gyotaku print for them. Any fish lover would enjoy your personally created Gyotaku print.
