Honey (Gold) Gourami

Thursday October 16, 2008
Do you have a honey/gold Gourami? If so, perhaps you can help this forum member.

"I'm gonna get a few fish this weekend as it will be 2 weeks since I added the corys. I was thinking 6 harlequin rasboras but then I didn’t want so many and they need to be in groups. So I quite like the honey/gold gourami and I believe they can live happily with just 2 and are mid/top dwellers.

Do you think they will be ok for my tank? If not do you have any suggestions for mid/top dwellers not forgetting I want a bristleose some time in the future."

if i were you i would buy the harliquin rasboras because i also have a honey/golden gourami, a bristel nose and 14 heliquin rasboras. remember heliquins are very small and peaceful and go well with other fish. plus they do not take up much room in your aquarium.
