There is a way to remove scratches from glass. However, the inside of an aquarium may present a problem. Tools are needed to polish scratches out of glass. How big is the aquarium? We have some tools we use for tight areas in deep set windows for scratch removal. Feel free to contact me for more info about scratched glass repair. Hope this helped. Rick Evans
