Zebra Danio

Among the most hardy and active of aquarium fish, it is easy to see where the Zebra Danio got it's name.

Although considered a cold water fish, it adapts to a variety of water conditions, and is a long time favorite among fish owners. Interestingly enough, it is also the same species that was used to create the controversial glow fish.
