Do Fish Feel Pain?

The age old question is raised by a forum member, who had this to say ...

"! was shocked when I came across this article. A guy with a PhD saying the same things I've been saying all along. Fish just don't have a brain big enough to feel the emotion of pain that we call suffering!"
